Business owner with 3 sources of income, 3 languages spoken, world traveler, lots of constructive hobbies, no criminal record, no shirtless pics uploaded: still not accepted. LOL! Whoever the 🤡 administrator is, thanks for the reminder to go meet quality individuals that share similar interests at networking events - in person - not through an app. 😎

The app will not work on iPhone without WiFi. The support team lacks answers for it besides install/uninstall the app or check if the app is allowed to use data on cellular. The response I got was “everything is fine on our end”. However, all other apps work fine on my phone, only this one won’t connect. Other users told me the exact same thing, yet the team doesn’t want to admit they have an issue and work on it. I’m a paid user and do not recommend using the app until the issue is fixed.

This application needs a lot so it must improve because the approval process is confusing and I think they really don't have a basis or specific reason why they don't approve your application they simply show you that you haven't been accepted and without further explanations I think you can do a better job than that… :)

Used the app during the last year, too many changes, now you can’t even chat with your matches without paying. Ridiculous

It is a very bad application! The logging is unbearable!!!

You can only see read or send messages if you pay; then, when paid, the shock, there is no one in the city, or the metro city you lives yes, they take your money knowing that you won’t be able to find a match. How do you call it? Scam, right? I live in NE USA and see scattered profiles, and they are from places as varied as Austin, Oakland, New Jersey, Amsterdam, Rome, Sao Paulo, etc. never around. Never

I created a profile and submitted a picture of my face. Within half an hour I received an email from Innercircle saying that I had been denied and that they would not be accepting my application at this time. There were no further details. Thanks for making me want to cry today. I did the facial verification and it matched my photo, however I’m left to make up my own reason as to why it was denied. Maybe I am too ugly. Maybe I am not wealthy enough. Maybe there is a social credit system in the United States that uses facial recognition. Maybe I have terrible social credit. Either way I would not recommend you use this app.

In my opinion, the best app if you want to find someone Their support surprised me too I highly recommend

Cons: Everything is behind a paywall, you can’t even see other profiles without paying a subscription. Terrible user interface, challenging to navigate. -5 Stars Pros: Met my husband and baby daddy on this app five years ago. +2 Stars 😆

They purposefully don’t allow you to send super likes to certain people by taking the button away. I just think they want to keep you on the hook so you keep paying but don’t actually give you (or allow you to get what you paid for) the connections that will actually allow you to create a meaningful relationship and get off the app. It’s a very unethical company

It’s possible that this is the worst dating app I’ve ever used. I could roll through the endless list of what’s wrong with it, but I’ll focus on the main things. First, no ability to communicate with other users. If I want to send someone a message, or match with someone, we both have to be paying members. If I send someone a message who isn’t a paid user, they can’t even see it. Second, no ability to filter by proximity. What do I need with someone who is 500km away? Even 10km is too far. Even when I look at my own profile, it shows me in as “recently near…” a place I haven’t been in 9 months. And the map that depicts this is so small (with no way to expand) that you can’t even really see where a person is. I’m deleting my profile. For all the promise of quality and exclusivity, they should focus on creating a good UI. Don’t give these people your data.

For more than 2months now, my profile is still in the verification process after filling in every detail and uploading many pictures. This is frustrating. And I can't take anymore. Let me wait for one more week and I'm deleting off my phone.

It's been more than a week and they never registered my account, it can't be that it took so long

I’ve done even live verification and they still keep me on waiting list. Can’t even enter to find my future man . Too bad

There’s really no valid reason for paying to use the basic functions of an app. So I can currently message users I match with but I can’t view or respond to their message without either paying for premium features or getting other users to sign up for the app. I successfully did so in the past and after reactivating my account I have to go through the whole ordeal again just so I can read and reply to messages with current matches. That’s so dumb

The process of creating a account did not flow. When uploading photos i got a lot of errors saying the photo was invalid to use as a main photo because it was not showing my face. (Which it was...)The app automatically crops out your face with no option of manually cropping it yourself. once you profile is made there is a bug in the app that prevents you from deleting any photos. i have duplicates i cant remove which is annoying. I tried logging in on the website desktop version to delete the duplicates but i had trouble logging into my account. The forgot password option didnt send a email at all....Ive read several other reviews stating that you can not do much on the app but like other's profiles until you pay for the upgraded versions. One positive thing, there seems to be a lot of options matched for me in my interested area compared to other dating apps I've tried. Sad to say i might have to delete this one and keep looking

Kicked off for no reason then no response from the “support” email. I’ll stick to Raya or even tinder for that matter

This app has the worst facial recognition feature ever. It’s taken days for them to respond to my photo to verify. I will be deleting this app, most dating apps verify you right away while this app takes its precious time. Do not use this dating app.

I can’t leave a proper review, because I waited for two or three weeks for my profile to be approved. This never happened. I wrote them about it, of course, as surely a person can be verified, even if they don’t do social media (something other apps have figured out). If you’re looking to download a dating app, I would recommend you waste your time elsewhere.

I created an account and was immediately blocked for inappropriate behavior. What behavior? I had an account for like two minutes, posted nothing, contacted no one.

The screen is tiny... even on a desktop computer the app window is tiny tiny tiny. There is no way to expand the window to take advantage of a computer's bigger screen. This interface is very annoying.

Was never into dating apps as most of them seemed more like people looking to hook up. Inner circle requires verification which also helps with fake profiles. My friend recently got engaged and met her boyfriend on here. So i thought I’d give it a shot. Not necessarily looking for a relationship but i figured I might make friends along the way So far I’ve met some cool people and only matched with people I’ve connected with. Easy to use too!

Charges boost without delivering it. Happened twice, be careful with this app.

I like the idea of this app. It is relatively user-friendly and unique in its own way (meet-ups, etc.) However, I am really disappointed with it. I started with a free account and I was very frustrated that I couldn’t see ANY likes or messages. It felt pointless because I had very few filters. I liked how you could access people in various cities around the world, but it only had a few cities - therefore limiting my options. Frustrated, I decided to get the pro membership. Now I was able to see the messages and likes I received and I had a few more filters. Even so, I NEVER received a response from the people I messaged or liked and I can only assume it’s because they don’t have the premium membership so they can’t see my messages. I am constantly receiving the “sorry, no profiles to show” screen and im just kinda over it. They should add more filters (like OKcupid). I really wanted to contact the people I messaged but it is not possible in this app. I wish I could get my money back.

Seems good but the offer for the one month free trial never seems to activate.

I’ve found an Inner Circle subscription to be helpful when traveling abroad, specifically in Paris and Barcelona. I’m going to give it another shot in the USA. Thanks.

This app is a total waste of money. Expensive and there are hardly any people that are on the app. Ran out of profiles to look at in the first day.

Dropping my membership once it expires. It has gone downhill the past year. I live in Chicago, but there are few members in the area. If you click on “Nearby” matches, you see members from other states. They recently dropped the “who viewed you” feature, so you have no idea who is interested. I wouldn’t recommend.

This app just doesn't make sense. The free version basically doesn't let you do nothing beside creating a profile and liking/rejecting other people. But then you can't read messages that are sent to you, can't see who likes you, can't write to anyone... It just doesn't make any sense and is quite useless IMO. The concept is just flawed and it shows how the purpose is definitely not about helping people finding matches. Plus, you can find similar profiles on other apps... Update (response to developers): oh I did! I actually paid for a month to see what it was all about. And yes, you do get decent profiles from time to time (like in many apps). But my issue is not there. The problem is that I don't understand why if you don't pay, you can't do NOTHING basically. And that it's not worth paying quite a bit for the minimum that you'd get for free on other apps. Not to mention that the friends you must invite in order to be able to read your messages, are themselves able to see likes and messages, but you cannot! How does it make sense, I still don't know...

This company’s focus is to get you to pay for their super expensive membership. If you don’t pay, you can’t send someone a message, you can’t view the messages you received and you can’t even see who liked you. I’m in the US and I’m seeing people from Brazil, France etc. also people from different states in the U.S. not worth it!

You literally need to do a long journey to talk with someone. Except if you pay, but that is another problem. Extreme expensive subscription

I have used this app for quite awhile and it always has quality members especially compared to other apps. Also the service is great always a quick response and very helpful.

I created a profile, and they blocked my account during reviewing process, I’m emailing them and they don’t reply. There is no option to delete data, which is ridiculous.

My profile is still under review after a week

Do not waste your time or money. This app is terrible. Not enough matches. Nothing new ever. No new members added. Nothing worth your money.
